Also, it is fit for the industry of insulation material, engineering plastics and solid combustible material.

Standard

Needle flame test is an emulational test program ordained by the standard of IEC60695 ,GB/T5169.5,GB4706.1.

Characteristics

○ Angle of burner: incline with45°(when in test)or plumb(adjust the flame height).

○ Time of start burning:0~999.9s±0.1s adjustable(30s in genaral).

○ Time of keep burning:0~999.9s±0.1s,auto mark,pause with hand.

○ Height of frame:12mm±1mm(test tool with height).

○ Test range of temperature: 0~1000℃.

○ Requirement of flame’s temperature: within 23.5 second s(±1second).

○ when thetemperature rise from 100℃(±2℃)to 700℃(±3℃).

○ Temperature testing thermocouple:Φ0.5mm armoured(K pattern)the rmocouple.

○ Flame gas: 95% butane.

○ Studio volume: 0.5m³.
