Glow-wire Tester

After use high current heat the special material (Ni80/cr20) and heater strip(Φ4mm Nickel silk road), theheat test temperature is (550℃~960℃)/min, Vertical hot into the test device, the depth is 7mm,and the pressure need 1.0N,while check the light off and burning time of the test device to test the fire risk,glow wire tester also can test flame performanceof solid insulating material, flame temperature GWRT flame performance and flame performance index GWFI etc.

Standard

According to IEC600695-2-10.UL746A、GB/T5169.10/GB4706.1  standard stipulate to use no flame light-off programsimulation test.

○ Broil time: 0~999.9s±0.1s for opition(30s in general).

○ Initiation time: 0~999.9s±0.1s,auto mark and pause by hand.

○ Extinguish time: 0~999.9s±0.1s,auto mark and pause by hand.

○ Thermocouple: Φ0.5mm K type armoured thermocouple.

○ Depth of heat: 7mm±0.5mm(keep 1N±0.2N pressure heat for test).
