    1. Details

    LTS-3000 LED Accelerated Aging and Life Test System is mainly used for normal aging test, accelerated aging test , Lumen maintain features test, temperature features test, life tester, Color shift test of LED module and LED lamps. It is also with the function of LED life prediction and forecast.

    System configuration

    This system consists of LTS-3000 test software.WT105 digital power meter, CHL-3 LED Fast colorimetric & electric tester, CHCP-18 multi-power supply control system, CHP-XXX AC Power source, TMP-X multiplex Temperature meter, 19” cabinet, temperature chamber and MCB-III multi communication box. 

    Standard

    The system is designed on basis of the criteria of “IES LM-80-08 and IES TM-21-11

    Working Principle

    The software installed in the computer control the system via RS232 or RS485. The tested lamps can be lighted up separately or in all. Altogether 16 lamps can be tested together. When the lamp is lighted up, the LTS3000 software can receive the electric parameters via WT105 digital power meter, photometric, color parameters via CHL-3 LED fast colorimetric system, Temperature parameters via TMP serial multiplex temperature meter. With these parameters, the LTS 3000 software can analyze the lumen maintenance, temperature characteristics, life characteristics, color shift and calculate the life of the tested lamp according to IES TM-21-11.

     With different gig, it can test different kind of lamps
